The International Trade Fair of rail transport meets in Berlin the leading companies worldwide from September 20 to 23

The Basque company Amurrio Ferrocarril y Equipos presents at INNOTRANS a technological solution with a huge impact in terms of safety and maintenance of the railway network. This biennial trade fair, in addition to bringing together the most important companies in the sector and to embrace the latest technological developments in their field, has become an international meeting point where the main responsible for the economy, politics and transport debated and take decisions about the future of the sector.

In this context, Amurrio Ferrocarril shows his last great contribution and technological development. Specifically, it is a low maintenance roller locking device,  successfully tested in Caracas and Barcelona. The ingenious system, result of a large investment in R + D + i, doubles the security requirements of the previous developments, and has already passed the 500,000 cycles without any need for maintenance, something unthinkable until now. This is a very significant saving for this concept.

The basque company has generated great excitement. In fact, before leaving for Germany it has closed more than 80 meetings with many other companies interested in its new system.

InnoTrans takes place at Messe Berlin  Exhibition Centre from September 20 to 23, and will host over an area of 200,000 square meters to 2,800 exhibitors from 55 countries. It is the largest fair in the world focused on rail transport,  held every two years. The previous edition received nearly 139,000 visitors from 146 countries.
